Classes/Schedule

All classes are designed with combinations that have a natural, highly effective, yet safe flow, including cardio, yoga-based stretching, striking, and core ab work. They are progressive programs that cover a full body workout (abs, legs, chest, shoulders, back, and arms), and you move through them at your own pace.

  • Adults Mixed Levels (Co-ed): Monday and Friday at 7pm; Tuesday and Thursday at 11am
  • Kids (Beginners): Tuesday and Thursday at 4:15pm
  • Youth (Beginners): Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm

Adult Mixed Levels (Co-ed) Kickboxing/Muay Thai

In each class we combine cardio and a  full yoga-based body stretch. Workouts typically burn about 1000 calories per hour and greatly enhance strength,  cardio, and flexibility. This is an awesome way to get in shape and lose a few unwanted pounds, with classes 5 days per week. 

Pad work and technical training are practiced with no contact. We train together and learn how to strike and defend with the use of traditional Muay Thai pads.

These classes are ideal for everyone, from beginners to pros, using various drills on basic footwork, stance, body position, striking techniques, and blocking.

Advanced Competition Kickboxing/Muay Thai*

Our intermediate classes incorporate the use of hands and legs with a focus on striking techniques. These classes will allow you to get control of your punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Training includes shadow boxing, bag work, pad work, skill development, and technical sparring.

This class is designed for students who want to go beyond traditional pad work and take the first step to light contact. Controlled sparring drills are practiced to gain a good foundation of timing, distancing, counter attacks, and defence. 

*Protective equipment with a minimum of three months training is required to participate.

Kickboxing/Muay Thai

Our facility offers small class sizes with workouts consisting of yoga-based stretches, strength and conditioning exercises, and plyometrics, along with a focus on Thai pads or heavy bag workouts. All classes are specially designed to improve flexibility, muscle tone, and confidence while promoting the importance of self-defence.

You can feel comfortable, safe, and welcomed in a kickboxing/Muay Thai fitness class designed for women, youth, or kids only.
