Maulik Chaudhari

I became a Muay Thai/kickboxing instructor in 2017. It was important for me to bring people together, uplift them, and inspire them to nourish their mental and physical health and to learn new skills or hone in on the ones they already had. My work has also always centred around community, and I intend to make this space accessible to everyone.

As a survivor of sexual assault, Muay Thai has been invaluable to my mental health, and I want to extend its power to others who have had similar experiences or other traumas that many of us have faced.

Lindon Arcilla

From training kickboxing/weight lifting since 2013 & BJJ since 2018 I haven’t looked back since.

Fitness has become a major outlet for me and I believe everyone should incorporate it into their lives, whether it’s for competition, weight loss or just pure enjoyment for martial arts. The journey has never been easy but with the knowledge of everything I’ve attained over the years I’m more than happy to share it with you.

Pouria Hashemi

A young motivated coach with experience in Martial arts and Fitness. I started my journey in martial arts in 2005 at the age of 8 training with my uncle who was a master in Jujitsu and Kobudu. After 3 years of training I was diagnosed with Lymphoma (lymph node cancer) and had to stop training and start the process of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. As a kid who was fighting with cancer I knew this wasn’t the end of my journey and at the age of 14 I defeated the cancer and wanted to continue training. At this point of my life I was weak and overweight and decided to lose that weight and gain my strength again with diet and training. In a period of 3 months I lost almost 40 lbs and at the age of 15 started my fitness journey. Almost 2 years after that I moved to Canada and wanted to continue martial arts with fitness in the same time pushing myself to the next level.

I started my kickboxing training in Kalari Kickboxing and martial arts with Steve Ramcharan our grand master. Steve and the other coaches in Kalari became my family and they taught me the art of kickboxing and since then I have been pushing myself every day to become a master of this art. At 2018 I spend a period of 5 weeks in Phuket Thailand (Tiger Muaythai training camp – the camp of top UFC fighters like Peter Yan and Alex Volkanovski ) learning about the thai style of fighting, training and fighting with the top thai coaches. Now at 23 years of age not only I am training and pushing myself but also training and pushing other motivated individuals who are dedicated and ready to go higher than their limits. If I have done it then you can do it.

Andre Yaw

Training in different forms of Martial Arts since 2014, my passion for Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Boxing has helped me develop a deep understanding of each discipline and myself. As someone who has experienced the effects of mental health and witnessed the devastating impact of addiction on loved ones, I know how important and beneficial it is to live an active and healthy lifestyle.

The practice of Martial Arts has provided me with a vital outlet for stress and the space to continually improve within a supportive community. As a WAKO certified coach I want to offer people a safe and welcoming environment to learn and grow. My goal is to empower others to be the best version of themselves in and out of the gym.
